The American Federation for Children announced that Bill Oberndorf will succeed Betsy DeVos as chairman of the nation’s leading school choice organization. DeVos formally resigned as chairman of the American Federation for Children on Nov. 22 upon accepting the nomination to serve as Secretary of Education.
