Good Morning

The American Federation for Children released the following statement after Secretary of Education designate Betsy DeVos’ confirmation hearing.

“During her confirmation hearing this evening, Betsy DeVos showcased her commitment to our nation’s children and ensuring every child in America receives a world class education,” said Kevin P. Chavous, American Federation for Children board member. “I have worked with Betsy for years and know she will do everything within her power to empower all parents with quality education options, both public and private. I urge the U.S. Senate to vote to confirm Betsy DeVos as Secretary of Education during their vote next week.”
