Louisiana’s second special legislative session – officially the 2016 Second Extraordinary Session – adjourned last night at 11:37 pm. The Louisiana Scholarship Program has been funded at $40 million. This is below last year’s funding level of $42 million. Many thanks to parents and allies who went to the legislature to press for full funding of the LSP.
