AFC releases first ever 2016/17 School Choice Report Card

Louisiana’s Tuition Donation Rebate Program is 5th Ranked Private School Choice Program.

Yesterday, the American Federation for Children released its first ever Report Card, a comprehensive ranking of general education, private school choice programs across the country. The Report Card analyzes programs, assigns a ranking and provides suggestions for how programs can better serve students. Programs from Florida, Nevada, Indiana and North Carolina are at the top of the list.

“Private school choice programs are providing children across the country with access to a world-class education and the opportunity to succeed throughout their lives,” said Betsy DeVos, chairman of the American Federation for Children. “We hope legislators, parents and advocates take note and join in the effort to improve the education revolution we have created through school choice.”
