Parents and students testified before the House Appropriations Committee in support of the Louisiana Scholarship Program, asking lawmakers to provide full funding for the program.

Good Morning On Thursday, the Senate Education Committee deferred action on SB 361, which would remove eligibility for students who attended a public school that received a letter grade of “C” and restrict the eligibility of students entering kindergarten. We had a strong contingent of parents in attendance, with several testifying against the legislation.
