School choice means everything to me and my family. It means that we actually get a choice at getting the school that I want my children to go to and know that there going to succeed.

School choice has been a game-changer for us. Oh my gosh. My grandparents didn’t get to go to school. They were still on a plantation with my dad. He only received part of a high school education. My mom and I graduated from high school the same year.
I intend for my kids to grow up in this school through second grade. We wouldn’t be able to do that wiould the Lousiana Scholarship Programs. I am thankful that those programs exist to make Weatherford a reality for me and my family.
The truth remains that most low-income families cannot afford to send their kids to pre-school, but scholarships provide them with that opportunity.
There’s no greater joy than seeing students you’ve taught go on to become successful, contributing citizens.
I have attended St. Mary’s Academy since I was four years old in their Pre-K program. I can personally say that my experience at the school has been amazing.
I am a parent and teacher at Weatherford Academy in Louisiana. I have known about Weatherford for a long time. While I was working at previous schools I would always hear about how great of a school Weatherford Academy was.
St. Mary’s Academy has a strong relationship with their families; the administration and teachers are wonderful, and my kids have a lot of friends.
