I have two great nieces that I adopted as youngsters that attend Family Worship Christian Academy. They have gone through so much and I just wanted them to be in a safe school.

They have been here since they were babies. They’ve grown up here. It’s very important that they attend this school.

It’s helps me because I can’t afford to send them anywhere else. I’m on a fixed income. So, with the Louisiana Scholarship Program, it’s not only helping me, but it’s helping them because they’re getting a really good education.

It’s not just about the program. They have teachers who are hands-on with the kids and that’s what I like. It’s almost like a family.
