The Orleans Parish School Board will hold a public hearing this evening on the proposal to charter New Orleans’ five remaining traditional public schools.

A new Gallup poll confirms what we know quite well – Americans support school choice. The poll shows 59 percent of Americans agree with providing federal funds for school choice programs that allow students to attend any private or public school.
